As an Entry Level Customer Ambassador on our team, you will be the face of our clients brands throughout their target customer base in the Huntington Beach area. As an Entry Level Customer Ambassador, you will be a part of executing direct customer outreach and assist with enrolling new customers on behalf of our clients. The ideal Entry Level Customer Ambassador will have previous experience in a customer facing retail or hospitality based role.
The responsibilities and tasks of the Entry Level Customer Ambassador include :
- Understanding clients’ products to properly explain services and benefits to consumers and answer any questions so they get what they genuinely need
- Keeping a record of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules
- Taking initiative and demonstrating a “can-do” mindset, meeting challenges head-on no matter how difficult or stressful situations become
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude and exemplifying trustworthiness and hospitality toward consumers and staff
- Managing a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives
