Our client, a nationwide provider of temporary labor solutions in the live entertainment industry, is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their team. As an Accounting Administrator, you will be part of the accounting department supporting various financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes by preparing invoices, recording cash receipts, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Enter financial data for multiple companies into accounting software systems and categorize company expenses to facilitate budgeting and expense management.
- Perform fundamental analysis of financial information and assist in identifying trends or discrepancies that require attention.
- Provide support for internal and external audit processes by organizing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Assist with administrative duties such as fielding telephone calls, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings as needed by the accounting team.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, but not required; relevant experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, cost accounting concepts, and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably SAGE or an ERP system; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
