Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant Sr to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support to various teams, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Prepare and review reports, memos, and other documents with a high level of accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding policies and procedures.
* Utilize new technology to enhance administrative efficiency and improve customer experience.
* Exhibit problem-solving skills and creativity in resolving unique situations under pressure.

Requirements:
* High school graduate or GED, with equivalent education preferred.
* A minimum of 6 years of related experience in administrative roles.
* Proficiency in office procedures and equipment, including office-oriented software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
