AEM Digital Asset Manager
Work Location : downtown Toronto, ON (3 days per week on site)
Contract Duration : 6 months extension
We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to manage and optimize its Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role ensures digital assets are well-organized, secure, and accessible, while also supporting automation of digital code delivery and release processes. They will work closely with platform administrators, release engineers, developers, and business teams to improve asset workflows, system integrations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize & manage digital assets in AEM DAM, ensuring proper metadata, taxonomy, and governance.
- Monitor & maintain system health, perform audits, and support software releases and upgrades.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams to integrate DAM with other tools (i.e., integrate AEM with existing IGM tools & systems)
- Train & support users on AEM DAM, including onboarding and best practices.
- Ensure security & compliance, managing permissions and enforcing standards.
