Our client is seeking an AP Clerk to join their team. As an AP Clerk, you will be part of the accounting department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: AP Clerk
Location: 30 miles south of Basin, WY
Pay Range: $35k-$40k
What's the Job?
- Responsible for coding and processing accounts payable.
- Assist with the maintenance of inventory accounting and reconciliation of accounts.
- Resolve discrepancies in accounts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Input accounts payable items into the computer system and review edits.
- Process and prepare checks for mail twice weekly.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to research inventory and accounts payable items as necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-train with team members.
