Our client, a global chemical industry, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be part of the Global Compensation Team supporting various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, a solid understanding of compensation processes, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Compensation Analyst

Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

  • Research and efficiently complete a large volume of compensation surveys and maintain an extensive survey library.
  • Assist in the implementation of a compensation market pricing tool to ensure accurate data management.
  • Provide administrative support related to the Compensation and Recognition program.
  • Perform job evaluation and pricing requests using competitive market data.
  • Support during the annual bonus and merit cycle with various data analyses.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in broad-based compensation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
