As a Compensation Analyst, you will be part of the Global Compensation Team supporting various projects and initiatives. What's the Job?
- Research and efficiently complete a large volume of compensation surveys and maintain an extensive survey library.
- Assist in the implementation of a compensation market pricing tool to ensure accurate data management.
- Provide administrative support related to the Compensation and Recognition program.
- Perform job evaluation and pricing requests using competitive market data.
- Support during the annual bonus and merit cycle with various data analyses.
