What's the Job?
- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues in a datacenter environment.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Work within a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
