Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various capital expenditure projects. Job Title : Construction Manager, 2nd SHIFT (6pm - 4am) schedule can shift Manage all site construction activities for capital projects, ensuring effective communication with engineering and plant staff.
Oversee financial, safety, and schedule Key Performance Indicators, proposing alternatives when deviations occur.
Coordinate with project support staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders and reports for project stakeholders.
Lead weekly planning meetings to determine access times for construction activities and manage resources effectively.
15 years of experience in construction management with a strong background in MEP construction for multi-million dollar projects.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, or CMAA.
Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Cx Alloy, and SAP.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs, and walk extensively on construction sites.
