What's the Job?
- Develop clear, engaging, and conversion-optimized UX copy for product experiences, including onboarding flows, dashboards, tooltips, and notifications.
- Identify content gaps and usability challenges, recommending solutions to improve clarity and engagement.
- Align content with supplier needs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to define content frameworks and user journey-based messaging.
- Craft microcopy, error messages, and tooltips that provide guidance, reduce friction, and enhance usability.
