Our client, a leading Manufacturing organization, is seeking a Controller to join their team. As a Controller, you will be part of the Accounting Department supporting the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Responsible for the development and administration of an effective accounting system to generate essential information for management planning and control of company operations.
- Organize and staff the Accounting Department with qualified personnel and provide adequate training and performance feedback.
- Cooperate with department managers to establish or assist in the development of annual budgets.
- Act as a liaison with the company's independent auditors on accounting and tax matters.
- Monitor daily cash flow activity to coordinate the bank line of credit and provide weekly status reports to pertinent managers / executives.
