Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop Coupa CSO sourcing events.
- Execute sourcing projects using the Coupa CSO Sourcing module, leveraging skills in:
- Questionnaire and bid sheet design.
- Scenario creation, advanced queries, and custom fields setup.
- Rebate configuration, gated questions, volume optimization, and expressive bidding.
- Engage stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, including incumbent renewals and RFP processes, to achieve savings.
- Interact with key customer stakeholders to identify and implement areas of improvement.
- Provide creative solutions to optimize the overall sourcing program.
- Analyse data to create actionable recommendations.
- Mentor team members on sourcing processes and project delivery.
- Identify and solve complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.
