As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the Customer Care Department supporting Sam Souza's e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to embrace challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : 400 Summit Blvd, Burlington, MA 01803 (100% On-Site)
Hours : Hours 9 : 30am - 6pm
Duration : 12 Months contract

- Interact daily with customers via phone or email to assist with inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and provide direct assistance or connect them with the appropriate support team.
- Receive training and ongoing coaching to enhance customer experience delivery.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrate the ability and aspiration to take on roles of increased responsibility and complexity.
