About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Quality Project Manager to join our Data Quality and Governance team within Operations & Technology. This role will focus on driving data architecture, governance frameworks, and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across data flows. You will play a critical role in managing data strategy projects, collaborating across asset classes, and implementing governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute IT work plans, schedules, and project roadmaps
? Partner with senior stakeholders to track and manage project deliverables
? Improve data quality processes, automation, and governance frameworks
? Analyze data quality exceptions, identify root causes, and implement solutions
? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data management standards
? Prepare and present insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
? Drive continuous process improvements and recommend strategic enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? 6 years of experience in a data-related technology role
? Strong SQL skills (writing queries, reviewing stored procedures)
? Experience in Database, Reporting & Analytics
? Issue tracking & governance tools like JIRA/HPQC (a plus)
? Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills
? Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills
