Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Data Entry Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have detail oriented, communication and ERP systems skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Technician
Location: Zeeland MI (fully onsite)
Pay Range: $23 - $28 hourly
Contract: 6 Months (extension possible)
Hours: 40 hrs per week, M-F flexible during business hrs, some overtime
What’s the Job?
- This role is crucial in transitioning our master sanitation records from our current ERP system, which requires is a hybrid of electronic and paper based to a new fully electronic system.
- The successful candidate will ensure the accurate transfer of records, completion of necessary documentation in the old system, and collaboration with operations and quality teams to meet success criteria in the new format.
- Transfer master sanitation records from the current ERP system to the new electronic system.
- Ensure all transferred records are accurately documented and compliant with company standards.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure the new electronic format meets all success criteria.
What’s Needed?
- Required: 3 years minimum experience with SAP or other ERP systems and electronic record management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Individual will be required to meet all cGMP and cGDP expectations, experience in these manufacturing settings is a plus.
- Creative thinking is a must
