Our top banking client is seeking a Document Data Control Specialist to join their New York City office. This position will support the Policy Governance and controls and exposure monitoring activities. This is a 6-month contract position, following a hybrid schedule out of New York City.
Job Title : Document Data Control Specialist
Location : NYC (hybrid, 2 days on-site)
Pay Range : $60.00 - $62.00 hr., W2
What's the Job?
This position reviews trading pre-approvals, global trading thresholds, and performs reconciliations against transactions reported by the Risk Management team; additionally, ensures that policy controls are in place by ensuring the controls are lodged in a control inventory and documented in procedures.
What's Needed?
- Fundamental understanding of data and how databases are organized
- Ability to clearly articulate and follow processes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and wrangle data in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize Excel data into PowerPoint templates
- High level of self-awareness and attention to detail
- Client service oriented mentality when working with stakeholders
