What's the Job?
- Lead the selection, deployment, and maintenance of ECM platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, OpenText, Laserfiche, or Alfresco.
- Develop and enforce content management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate collaboration by integrating ECM systems with other business tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Ensure ECM practices comply with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
- Monitor ECM system performance, user adoption, and content quality.
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in ECM tools and technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, Alfresco).
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into ECM solutions.
- Experience leading teams and projects.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
