What's the Job?
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting insights to inform high-level decision-making.
- Prepare and present custom financial reports and recommendations to support company-wide strategies.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and ensure accuracy of financial reports and system entries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital budgeting and execution processes.
- Lead data integrity audits to ensure the consistency of financial and utility data.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in real estate property or portfolio management and financial data analysis.
- 1 - 2 years of experience with Yardi Software and multifamily operations preferred.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
