About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level support for HPE systems. This on-site role in Bluffdale, UT, requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer relationship skills. The position involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient hardware support and proactive issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide break-fix hardware support for enterprise systems, primarily consisting of HPE products such as ProLiant ML, DL, BL series; Apollo 2000, 4200, 6500; Cray XC, EX, E1000 & SGI.
- Handle hardware installation, configuration, proactive maintenance, and repair tasks, coordinating with ASM on technical deliverables.
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents independently, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and effectively communicating with HPE to address concerns.
- Monitor and analyze data, proactively identifying potential escalations and recommending solutions to prevent future problems.
- Apply HPE solutions to moderately complex customer issues, balancing internal and external requirements.
- Identify opportunities for additional services that align with customer needs and contribute to future revenue growth.
