Job Title : IT Infrastructure Documentation Specialist
Location : Chapel Hill, NC (Hybid Onsite)
Pay Range : Up to $45 / hr
What's the Job?
- Document IT infrastructure, including network diagrams and software application catalogs.
- Create a detailed onboarding guide for IT personnel and standardized business processes.
- Track the age of key IT hardware assets and document replacement cycles.
- Identify and describe routine and non-routine IT tasks.
- Provide bi-weekly progress reports to management.
