Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical company in the USA, is seeking a skilled individual to fill this position.
The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the production process. This includes working overtime, holidays, and weekends, with varying hours based on business needs.
This role may require rotating shifts, emphasizing the importance of flexibility and willingness to adjust schedules as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with critical laboratory procedures and duties in the production of veterinary products.
- Work with a moderate degree of supervision when required.
- Operate various technical equipment while completing cell culture processes throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED with 2-3 years of laboratory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in sciences - acceptable for fresh graduates.
- Previous work in a regulated industry.
- Aseptic clean room production environment experience.
- Basic lab knowledge: stir plates, pipettes, cylinders.
- PREFERRED: Knowledge/familiarity with work in a hatchery - egg harvesting equipment, egg candling, inoculating chicken eggs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and conversions.
- Able to follow instructions carefully (highly regulated industry) & strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft office applications.
- Experience working in a lab/manufacturing facility.
