Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Loan IQ Analyst to join their team. As a Loan IQ Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Loan Management Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Loan IQ Analyst
Location : Dallas, TX / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid / On-site)
Pay Range : $63-$68 / hr (W2)
What's the Job?
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot back-end processes within Loan IQ.
- Handle complex transaction processing in Loan IQ, including booking, amendments, and rollovers.
- Work with Loan IQ APIs to enable integration with upstream and downstream systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve system or transaction-related issues.
- Partner with IT, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
