Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics Exception Analyst to join their team. As a Logistics Exception Analyst, you will be part of the logistics department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Logistics Exception Analyst
Location : Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid role)
Pay Range : $18 to $22 per hour depending upon experience
Duration : 12 month contract
What's the Job?
Resolving invoice exceptions and correcting BTF related issues in CASS.
Managing drayage fuel reporting for BTF reimbursement.
Creating and distributing weekly OTM spot and shipment management reports.
Processing freight and accessorial invoices ensuring timely payment.
Communicating with carriers and vendors to address and resolve billing issues.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with experience in lieu of degree will also be considered.
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
