What's the Job?
- Deliver solutions and services, including design, installation, and day-to-day proactive services
- Create customer documentation, including Customer Requirements Documents, High-Level Designs, and Low-Level Designs; Migration, Implementation and Test plans for solutions
- Lead and assist in design workshops and consultancy services
- Tackle implementation problems during migrations
- Assist customers with deploying tools that support them and related Network Management Systems
