Job Title: Packaging Maintenance Mechanic

Job Function:
- Provide multi-craft support including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance for packaging lines.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Team Resource Manager to lead maintenance repairs on assigned lines.
- Monitor equipment uptime and maintenance response time, initiating improvement plans as necessary.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities on production lines.
- Determine root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance or a related technical field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physical tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive employee partnerships.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
