Our client, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be part of the finance department supporting various business units across multiple states. The ideal candidate will large volume payroll (over 5K), and strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Payroll Coordinator
Location : Omaha, Nebraska
Pay Range : $30 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform all payroll related functions for multi-state, multi-company payroll using PeopleSoft and Workday software.
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Audit incoming paperwork for authorized approvals and verify accuracy of local office data entry.
Support local office Payroll and HR departments by responding to questions or inquiries.
Maintain payroll files and furnish payroll information as required to internal and external sources.
What's Needed?
Experience processing payroll for 5000 employees in multiple states.
A minimum of 3-5 years of payroll experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Workday, PeopleSoft
Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
