Pay Range : $19 per hour
What's the Job?
- Monitor work queues, email, telephone, and dashboards to ensure timely responses.
- Provide first-level response to requests, issues, and inquiries, including triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation as needed.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify tasks supporting client training.
- Assist in creating training documentation and conducting training for systems / applications.
- Maintain communication and facilitate meetings with other business units as necessary.
