QA Technician

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Lab/QA Technician to join their team. As a Lab/QA Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA/ Lab Technician

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Range: $18 to $20 p/h w-2 depending upon experience
6 week contract role

What's the Job?

• Work with moderate direction to identify issues and resolve problems with assistance when needed.
• Perform electronic hardware and system testing for functional compliance, performance, reliability, and operation under stress and environmental limits, following established test plans and procedures.
• Record and organize test results systematically.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment effectively.
• Collaborate independently and with Quality Assurance and development engineers/technicians.

What's Needed?

• Familiarity with test equipment such as manometers and flow sensors.
• Experience with TeraTerm or similar testing software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
