What's the Job?
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Produce essential business documentation such as gap analysis, issue tracking, and process flows.
- Participate in strategic planning, business process innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of training materials and facilitate training sessions for stakeholders.
