Our client, a leading financial firm, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer / Architect to join their team. As a Senior Data Engineer / Architect, you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Senior Data Engineer / Architect
Location : Jersey City, NJ or Chicago, IL
Pay Range : $73 per hour on W2
What's the Job?
- Lead data engineering efforts to deliver enterprise-wide capabilities and complex data solutions.
- Direct code design and delivery tasks associated with the integration, cleaning, transformation, and control of data in operational and analytical data systems.
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define and build data pipelines to enable data-informed decision making.
- Mentor Data Engineers in the delivery and release of continuous integration and continuous delivery events.
