What's the Job?

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Ownership for Salty Business Unit

  • Support Supply chain execution for new product development (Pretzels and Chips) and support base business operations.
  • Support ~30 projects contributing $50-$90MM in net sales as part of the innovation strategy, with an additional $100MM pipeline across other categories.

Project Management and Commercialization (60%)

  • Coordinate activities for new product innovations, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Engineering, and plants to execute timelines and actions.
  • Manage risks to meet project success metrics and proactively resolve challenges.
  • Ensure the end-to-end supply chain setup for new launches (capacity vetting, capabilities validation, item setup, and Day 1 readiness).
  • Drive process adherence and act as an owner and advisor in Tech Ops, Commercialization, and Gating meetings.
  • Cross-functional Support and Governance (35%)

  • 20% : Provide supply chain expertise during weekly commercialization meetings for various brands / categories.
  • 10% : Own and govern monthly manufacturing team meetings and new item setup trackers.
  • 5% : Standardize commercialization processes and ensure proactive communication within the supply chain.
  • Special Projects and Company Initiatives (5%)

  • Participate in and occasionally lead cross-network programs such as New Line Qualification and Supply Chain Charters.
  • Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3 years in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, preferably within supply chain, process management, or project management roles.
  • Skills :
  • Strong understanding of food manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering successful business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong business acumen, financial understanding, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
