Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Field Technical Support Consultant II to join their team. As a Field Technical Support Consultant II, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting HP's PC Products customers. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
\n\nJob Title: Field Technical Support Consultant II
\n\nLocation: Omaha, NE
\n\nPay Range: $19.37 per hour
\n\nWhat's the Job?
\n\n- \n\t
- Provide hardware support and related services to HP's PC Products customers, including laptops, desktops, and printers.\n\t
- Configure hardware, software, and simple network components while ensuring customer satisfaction.\n\t
- Manage critical service events and interact with multiple levels of HP and customer management.\n\t
- Perform technical action plans to remediate PC and print issues on-site.\n\t
- Educate customers about technology and assist in building strong relationships.\n
What's Needed?
\n\n- \n\t
- Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift, and move up to 50 pounds.\n\t
- Experience in technical/mechanical hardware repair and troubleshooting.\n\t
- High School diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training preferred.\n\t
- Availability to work both scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.\n\t
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in customer-facing situations.\n
