Role Overview
Experiture is seeking multiple B2B Performance Marketing Managers with a focus on Omnichannel Marketing to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is crucial for driving campaign performance, enhancing ROI, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels. We are looking for talented professionals who have a deep understanding of platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads (SEM), Retargeting, LinkedIn Advertising, Display Ad Trafficking, CRM, and Email Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Leverage Google Analytics to analyze and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Implement retargeting and display ad trafficking strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM-based email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize content for SEO and SEM, ensuring the maximization of traffic and conversions through paid search campaigns.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows that effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, and present insights to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising.
- Proven proficiency in Retargeting and Display Ad Trafficking strategies.
- Experience with CRM and Email Marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
