While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.Compensation : Budgeted between $66,900 and $85,300 dependent upon applicable experience.Travel : Ability to travel as neededResponsibilities : Develop and implement annual plans and activities aligned with business KPIs to generate sales leads.Update and maintain the company website to ensure content is optimized for conversion, accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.Conduct A / B tests to optimize website elements and marketing campaigns.Manage and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for implementation.In collaboration with other Marketing team members, create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, paid search).Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.Operate within campaign budgets to ensure expenses are kept within established boundaries.Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.Three years in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and A / B testing.Proficiency with web content management systems (CMS).Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.Excellent project management skills.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Preferred : Previous experience in the software or healthcare industry. Experience managing and optimizing google ad-work campaigns. Experience with data visualization tools.
