Automotive Glass Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing high-quality glass installation and repair services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and glass installation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Duties

• Perform installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass. Replacing glass on cars, SUVs, trucks, semis, and heavy equipment.
• Pull and Install glass and perform rock chip repairs in shop as well as mobile.
• Help with warehouse inventory, including receiving and returning parts as well as doing routine inventory count.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to ensure precise setting and secure attachment of glass.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the vehicle is returned in optimal condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed.

Skills

• Proficiency in auto glass repair and replacement techniques.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of glass installation processes and techniques.
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools specific to automotive glass work.
• Possess communication skills to work with coworkers and office staff to resolve issues and work effectively.
• Attention to detail in both assembly tasks and final inspections to ensure quality workmanship.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
