- Analyze and assess the ergonomic layout of workstations and processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain procedures for production planning, ensuring alignment with ABA tech standards.
- Design workflows, create, and review detailed work instructions for streamlined operations.
- Identify key factors influencing production time and create catalogs for time management and capacity evaluations.
- Optimize production processes by applying industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development, assessment, and implementation of new organizational strategies and workflows.
- Lead and coordinate projects focused on time management and workforce capacity planning.
- Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and quality throughout the production cycle.
- Ensure the best use of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity.
