Success in this role requires a strong background in enterprise security software sales, particularly in cloud security and SIEM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients by leveraging industry relationships and strategic prospecting.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiations and deal closure.
- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with channel resellers and technology partners to enhance market reach.
- Engage with C-suite executives, especially CISOs, providing insights into cloud security challenges and best-fit solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales positioning.
- Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition, utilizing personal networks and industry expertise to shorten sales cycles.
Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in cloud security
- Strong domain expertise in SIEM/XDR, EDR/Runtime security, IAM, CNAPP, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Demonstrated track record of securing new business opportunities in the enterprise space.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth within the designated geographic region.
- Experience working in early-stage startup environments, building out sales pipelines, and driving initial customer acquisition.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quotas and delivering revenue growth
- Expertise in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, deal negotiation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, uncover opportunities, and execute sales strategies effectively.
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on building long-term business relationships.
- Bonus: Knowledge of cyber threats, detection strategies, and experience working closely with SecOps, SOC, and Blue Teams.
Location & Travel:
