POSITION OVERVIEW Expert Institute is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Advisor to serve as a key liaison between our organization and trial attorney clients. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping case strategies by providing expert witness selection and litigation consulting. This position is ideal for self-directed professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and excel in 1 : 1 client service, legal analysis, and project management. The workload is intense but rewarding, for the right professional.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Consultation & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive case intake discussions with trial attorneys to assess litigation strategies and expert witness needs.
- Analyze case details and develop customized expert search strategies that align with proposed legal arguments.
- Transform complex client requirements into actionable research initiatives that you will own to identify the most relevant experts.
Project & Case Management
Relationship Development & Client Success
Qualifications : Qualifications
Ability and confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; and independently manage multiple projects.
Ability to thoughtfully and pursuasively speak on the phone, over video or in-person
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred.
1-3 years of experience in client service, consulting, or a related field a huge plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a creative and strategic mindset.
Experience in legal, research, or professional services industries is a plus.
