Responsibilities:
- Service (and in some cases sell) Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products face to face and via phone/on-line. Process changes to existing Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, etc.
- Strengthen and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional customer service experiences
- Conduct annual insurance reviews and post purchase reviews to ensure a smooth transition to renewal and a seamless onboarding process
- Responsible for daily checks of service-related matters including but not limited to billing, retention, endorsements, legal documentation, claims, underwriting, home inspections, administrative/follow up tasks etc.
- Support dealership relationships by verifying accurate evidence of insurance is received
- Display high levels of integrity, professionalism, respect, and excellent customer experiences
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and all state regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction objectives
- Independent insurance agency customer service experience preferred (P&C)
- Valid Property & Casualty License / Personal Lines
- Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday One Saturday per month (Day off during the week to make up for the Saturday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
