Job Description:
We seek a motivated and organized office assistant to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings.
- Provide support with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Greet visitors and provide general assistance.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs is preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with property management or real estate is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
- Flexible part-time hours 20-30 hours per week. Occasional Saturday morning hours.
- 3 - 4 days per week.
- Part-time opening but can lead to full-time for the right person.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Opportunity to grow within the company.
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance is available once 35 hours per week is attained.
