YOUR DAY
As a Customer Service - Communication Specialist, your day will start with reviewing and responding to inbound communications-emails, texts, calls, and service requests. You'll assist our technicians by rescheduling jobs and reaching out to clients to set up appointments. Throughout the day, you'll follow up with clients on estimates and schedule future work, ensuring they feel valued and informed. You'll also make follow-up happy calls to check in with clients and resolve any issues. Building and monitoring our social media platforms will be part of your daily routine, helping to boost brand awareness and foster relationships within our online community. Additionally, you'll help with administrative tasks like filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and auditing jobs.
YOUR HOURS AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE - COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST
You'll be working Monday through Friday from 1 PM to 9 PM. This schedule gives you the flexibility to manage your mornings while diving into an engaging and rewarding job in the afternoons and evenings.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE - COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST
- Experience in customer service and social media marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized
- Optimistic attitude, along with a passion for community involvement
A background in communications or marketing is a plus.
