ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
The work schedule for this communications position is Monday through Friday, 1 PM to 9 PM. This allows you to manage your mornings while dedicating your afternoons and evenings to engaging with our community and overseeing our social media platforms.
As a Social Media - Community Outreach Coordinator, you will start your day by addressing inbound communications, including emails, texts, calls, and service requests. You will assist technicians in rescheduling jobs and reaching out to clients to schedule appointments. Throughout the day, you will follow up with clients on estimates, schedule future work, and ensure all clients are satisfied with their service through follow-up happy calls. Your responsibilities will also include building and monitoring our social media platforms to increase brand awareness and foster relationships within the online community. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks, such as reaching out to clients, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and auditing jobs.
