Expert Staffing West is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join our team in Vineland, NJ. The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting avocado pallets from the cooler to production using electric sit-down forklifts. Experience working in multi-rack cooler environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operate electric sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Move and stage avocado pallets between cooler and production areas
- Load and unload materials in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating electric sit-down forklifts required
- Comfortable working in cold, multi-rack cooler environments
