Forklift Operator – HPP/Bottling & Packaging
Pay: $18-$21/hr (Based on Experience)
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift Only
Environment: Cold storage (below 40°F)
Job Overview:
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for handling and transporting materials in a refrigerated juice production facility. This role includes supporting bottling, packaging, and HPP operations by organizing materials, loading/unloading, and ensuring workflow efficiency. Operators will also use NetSuite/RF Smart for inventory tracking and transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move and store juice bins, packaging materials, and dunnage.
- Keep production lines stocked and organized.
- Use NetSuite/RF Smart for real-time inventory tracking.
- Wrap, document, and transport pallets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and food handling regulations (SOP, GMP, HACCP).
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of forklift experience (certification required).
- Proficiency with computers and inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to work in cold storage (below 40°F) and warehouse environments.
- Strong attention to safety and efficiency.
