What are the responsibilities and job description for the Level 1 Mill Operator position at Expert Staffing West?
Expert Staffing West is seeking experienced CNC Level 1 Mill Operators in the city of Oceanside, CA!
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00
Shift time: 2nd shift 4/10 schedule M-Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to CNC Supervisor daily
- Maintain proper production levels and Quality standards as set by GGI
- Fill out all documentation pertaining to production using Good Documentation Procedures
- Notify Lead or Supervisor when any problems occur
Requirements for Level 1:
- Can read and understand written and oral instructions
- Demonstrate daily adherence to all company policies and procedures, including Safety and GDP
- Trained in using basic measurement equipment (Calipers, micrometers, drop gauges, deltronic pins, gauge blocks, specialty mics etc.)
- Correctly load and unload parts into the machines
- Properly record and document information on Check Sheets and Travelers
