You would manage financial reconciliations, vendor invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. The role also involves preparing and tracking preliminary notices for upcoming projects, ensuring compliance, and processing lien releases with timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile financial records, vendor invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and track preliminary notices for projects and ensure compliance.
- Process and coordinate lien releases, verifying documentation.
- Communicate effectively and operate office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Maintain a professional appearance and handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (2 years required) and multi-line phone systems.
- Experience with reconciling, lien releases, and preliminary notices required.
Additional Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
