Quality Assurance Technician
1st and 2nd shift available. 1stShift (5am-1:30pm) and 2ndShift (1pm-9:30pm).
The QA Technician ensures compliance with food safety regulations and maintains quality standards within the production facility. This role involves monitoring production conditions, verifying specifications, and conducting tests to maintain product integrity. Responsibilities include checking pH levels, temperatures, and batch quality, as well as performing environmental sampling and equipment calibrations. The technician will also track non-conforming products, conduct facility inspections, and verify sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; HACCP certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of QA or food industry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in cold storage (below 40°F) and warehouse environments.
- Must adhere to safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
This position requires physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Salary : $19 - $20
