Job Title: On-Site Account Manager/ Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized On-Site Recruiter and Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for hiring new employees for the season, managing various aspects of the onboarding process, assisting with payroll tasks, building relationships with employees and supervisors, and providing general support in office operations. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Assist in recruiting candidates for various positions across multiple locations.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with supervisors to understand staffing needs and find the best candidates.
- Manage the hiring process, from initial interviews to offers and acceptance.
- Onboarding & Safety Training:
- Complete all necessary onboarding tasks for new hires, including safety training, form completion, and policy reviews.
- Ensure all employees are fully prepared to start their roles and understand company policies and safety procedures.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist the payroll department with basic payroll tasks, including confirming employee hours, reviewing paystubs, and distributing them by location.
- Ensure that paystubs are delivered to both 1st and 2nd shift employees in a timely manner.
- Employee and Supervisor Engagement:
- Perform walk-throughs at all 4 locations to connect with employees and supervisors, build relationships, and ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and ensuring workplace satisfaction.
- Work closely with supervisors at different locations to ensure staffing needs are met and resolve any issues.
- Office Support:
- Answer office phones and assist callers, providing information or directing calls to the appropriate person.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Assist walk-ins who are looking for work by taking their contact information and providing information about jobs available.
- Assist current employees with basic assistance, such as printing out paystubs, adding sick days, updating information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual In Spanish
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and supervisors at all levels.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable speaking to large groups of employees.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different locations.
- Prior experience in recruiting, account management, or related roles is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Not Required, but it’s a plus):
- Experience or knowledge in a similar role in a warehouse or production environment.
- Experience conducting phone screenings and interviews.
Working Conditions:
- On-site presence required across multiple locations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, once a week.
