Responsibilities :
- Blueprint Reading : Interpret architectural and engineering blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Steel Preparation : Cut, measure, and shape steel components for installation.
- Structure Assembly : Position girders, columns, and supports using cranes and lifting equipment.
- Installation : Bolt, wire, or weld steel elements securely into place.
- Maintenance & Repairs : Inspect, maintain, and repair existing steel structures.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards while maintaining a clean worksite.
