Industrial Sewing Machine Operator Job Summary:
As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to manufacture products according to specific standards and designs. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring that all products are sewn accurately, efficiently, and meet our company’s quality standards.
Industrial Sewing Machine Operator Essential Functions:
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, ensuring proper setup and adjustments for optimal performance.
- Read and follow technical drawings, work orders, and product specifications to ensure correct sewing procedures and materials are used.
- Perform routine checks on machines to ensure they are in good working condition and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Sew various types of fabric or materials, including [specific materials if applicable, e.g., denim, leather, synthetic fabrics].
- Monitor the quality of finished products, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
Skills & Requirements:
- Must have experience with specialized industrial sewing machines (e.g., multi-needle, serger, bar tack) within a manufacturing setting
