Expert Staffing is HIRING in Sterling & Athol, MA! These are temp to hire openings with opportunities for advancement.

Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts

Job Duties:

• Machine Operating: Ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained.
• Material Handling: Sorting and storing items in the warehouse according to predetermined systems, which may include shelving, bins, or pallets.
• Picking and Packing: Fulfilling orders by locating items in the warehouse, picking them from shelves or storage areas, and preparing them for shipment by packing them securely.
• Shipping and Receiving: Preparing outgoing shipments, including labeling packages, arranging transportation, and loading goods onto trucks. Also, handling incoming shipments, including unloading trucks and verifying contents.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to preform simple math
• Ability to read, write & speak English
